We want you to start enjoying your Matly products as soon as possible and will always do our very best to get it to you as quickly as we can.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love Matly products as much as we do, but of course we understand that things can change. If you change your mind about the product you have bought, or would like to exchange it, we try to make it easy. If you would like a refund, please get in touch with us and we will let you know the easiest way to return your item (based on where you are and what you have bought). As soon as the product comes back to us here at HQ, we will issue a refund via your original payment method – no questions asked.
Unfortunately, due to the costs involved in shipping, we are unable to offer free returns. With this in mind we suggest you used a traceable and reputable package delivery service.
As you will understand, personalised items cannot be refunded so please ensure you enter your word or name carefully where indicated. If we are at fault – we will of course replace the item for you and cover return shipping for the original order.
We do not offer an exchange service as such. If you would like to order a different product, or another colour in place of your current order, we suggest placing a completely new order. This will ensure you get the product you want as quickly as possible. At the same time, please process your return as outlined above and we will get your refund issued as quickly as possible. As noted above, we do not offer free shipping for returns so please do check you are happy with your order before processing your payment.
As you’ve hopefully seen by looking through our site, we work really hard to maintain high development and production standards. However, we are human and sometimes things go wrong. If there is a quality issue with your product, please do let us know here as soon as you can. Please provide as much information about the quality issues (and pictures if you can) and we will look to resolve the problem as a priority – whether through a refund, replacement or exchange.
